The preparation of the 3RC mobile trolley took place over several months at Hydraulique Aquitaine, located in the agglomeration of Bordeaux (F).
It started with the purchase of a used track carrier selected with VLM-Robotics as being able to accommodate the environment of the robotic cell.
The transformation of the carrier focused in particular on modernization of the hydraulic circuit, preparation of the control panel. It included also stabilization of the machine during its movement.
Finally, the sweep function has been integrated to clean the crack before it is bridged.
